We say it’s all about Him (Jesus), but if we listen closely to our language it’s more about my destiny, my breakthrough, my calling, my vision, my ministry, my anointing, my blessing, my wealth, etc.

The constant confession of this type of language only structures our thoughts, plans and strategies around making sure we are fulfilled and taken care of, which causes it not at all to be about Him. Nonetheless, HE becomes a means to an end, which results, “all about us” at the end of the day.

Contrary to popular belief Christianity is not about success, but rather about sacrifice.

Is Jesus really your focus?

Grace be with all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with undying and incorruptible love. (Ephesians 6:24)
